We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Third party ticket resale platforms disclosure

For marketing purposes we do partner with the variety of third party ticket resale platforms and receive your personal information that includes but not limited to your name, e-mail address, phone number etc. We do not accept liability for your personal data breach through those platforms, should you choose them for your tickets purchase or private event booking.

We reserve the right to offer, sell, distribute and advertise third party products and services on our website.

Public events invasion of privacy disclosure

When purchasing tickets and attending our public classes, events and experiences you waive your right of expectation of privacy and right of publicity when it comes to being captured in photo and video content produced during and by any party involved in that event. We reserve the right to produce media content and use it in informational and commercial purpose in the following but not limited to sources such as company’s website/s, e-mail campaigns, social media accounts, third party marketing and affiliating platforms. However, we will review and reserve the right to honor individual requests for content removal and replacement should you be easily identified in the publicly available content and choose not to have your identity be associated with our brand. Private events invasion of privacy disclosure

Private events clients (executioner of the service agreement) have the right to opt out from media content creation during their private event or allowing it on the condition of creative rights exchange, should client prefer to assure access to the digital files created during their private event, such as photos and videos (for noncommercial purpose only). Private events attendee’s waive their right of expectation of privacy and right of publicity, should the client/executioner of the service agreement provide permission to media content creation and further commercial usage. However, we will review individual requests for content removal and replacement should you be easily identified in the publicly available content and choose not to have your identity be associated with our brand. If you have been a part of any private event prior to December 15th, 2019 and would like to submit a request for content removal, should you be easily identified in the publicly available content and choose not to have your identity be associated with our brand, please reach out via an e-mail to info@artroomevents.com, providing the details of content location and we will remove/replace that content as soon as possible.

Copyright disclosure

We comply with US copyright law and reserve the right to creative and intellectual property of the content created by us during our public and private events and/or published on publicly available online resources, including but not limited to our website, blog, social media and third party marketing accounts and affiliating platforms, unless external resource or author is specified. However, we will review requests for media files given the noncommercial usage intent of our content.

California online privacy protection act

CalOPPA is the first state law to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.

ACCORDING TO CALOPPA WE AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

- Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page, or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our website.
