Regarding COVID-19 & Public Events
We want to thank everyone for their concerns and assure you we are monitoring the situation daily.
It is still too early to know what life is going to be like in the next few weeks from now or what the risks then will be, which is why we are not cancelling any public events yet.
We believe what people do today and the days ahead will have a more significant impact and are the issues that should be addressed now.
REFUND POLICY
If the public event you have registered for is re-scheduled, anyone who purchased tickets will receive a full credit to any future event until 12/31/2020, plus an additional cocktail ticket on site on the day of the event (applies to Speakeasy Murder Mystery cocktail parties).
If the event you have registered for is NOT re-scheduled, we can not guarantee any refunds within 4 weeks from the scheduled event. Credit amount towards future events might vary depending on the ticket sales platform used for registration.
Meanwhile, we strongly recommend to follow the precaution instructions below if you are planning to attend one of our upcoming events, until the outbreak slows down:
RECOMMENDED COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
Monitor your own health condition and do not attend any public events with even minor cold & flu symptoms
If you experience any growing cold & flu symptoms, see a doctor and get tested for COVID-19 asap
We do not recommend higher risk age group to attend any public events until outbreak slows down (age 65+)
Stay informed with CVS Information Page for everything you need to know about COVID-19, testing & symptoms
Wash your hands for 20 seconds as you arrive on site
Care hand sanitizer with you at all times
Please cover your mouth whenever you sneeze or cough (preferably into your elbow)

Please note, if you do cough excessively during the scheduled experience we reserve the right to ask you attend on a different date free of charge (full credit)
Do not experience FOMO if you or someone in your group is not feeling well to attend the event, there will be many more to come!
